Launched an Android app, Evincible, to promote civic engagement for a nonprofit, Rebuilding Alliance. Full ownership of creative direction, product strategy, and feature requirements. Headed UX strategy by conducting user interviews, research, and testing.

Designed and developed fully responsive websites for clients, including brand and identity production to increase clients’ business opportunities. (websites include www.boost-hc.com and www.hbgbenefits.com)

Vertigo Software | UX Designer

June 2014 - November 2015

Lead designer for Red Bull on Xbox and NCAA March Madness Live on Windows apps. Managed all UX research and defined all platform, client, and product requirements. Oversaw agile design process working closely with clients, product managers and engineers. Supervised other designers and established their goals and tasks.

Influenced product features by explaining design choices in presentations for clients, including Microsoft, NBC, and the NHL, using low-to-high fidelity prototypes.

Contributed as a UI developer for GoPro for its first smart TV app. Conducted research about the optimal TV viewing experience that improved the overall UX.

Strategically planned and created e-mail marketing campaigns developed in HTML/CSS. Successfully brought in over 5,000 new users through A|B testing of e-mail campaign designs.

Designed wireframes to improve website UX. Responsible for visual design for all e-mail marketing campaigns.

TouchOfModern | Marketing Analyst Intern

June 2013 - August 2013

Conducted a cohort analysis to restructure user-targeting groups for ads, increasing revenue and decreasing CPA. Implemented loyalty and rewards program to drive user engagement. Analyzed user behavior with A|B testing and assessed potential partnerships with cost-benefit analysis. Managed giveaway program, which brought 13,000 new users and created $10,000 in revenue.
